I had requested infromation about a grant program for single mothers. They were supposed to mail me a cd with all the info about writting grants within 4-5 buisness day for only $1.00. AFTER I had received the cd I was to call on the 11th day to call and cancel or they would charge my account each month for $89.31. I have been double billed by this service for 7 months. I cancelled the service in October and I am still being billed. It seems once you've paid for an item, being unfortunate enough to receive it in any state at all, is all that Sklar Pepplar / Alberta home interiors needs to wash their hands of the transaction. Recommend to ALL that terms of full payment should be conditional, based on receiving product not in a damaged or incomplete state and certainly not for a 'promise' that the factory will ship out replacements ASAP. I would like to share my experience with this supposedly "management" company. It is so sad that such nice apartments are not taken care of. I have no complaint about the apartments itself. I used that website and purchased tickets to the Lion King. I paid $200.oo for two tickets plus $52.00 in fees. The tickets I received were not good seats and were worth only $66.50 each.
