The customer service rep on the phone stated I must have "entered my e-mail address twice on the Value Max banner". I ordered dining room furniture from them in May of 2005. The dining room was by Kathy Ireland, Standard. When we finally received the furniture the glass on the hutch and the buffet was unsafe, it would move as if it would fall at any moment, the buffet doors where uneven, and the drawer was not hinged properly. I was charged $159.60 for an online product I never authorized. I believe this is a scam for work at home opportunities and I was led to believe I would receive information only. I never noticed I was being billed until October 2008, after checking my past statements they had billed me since June 2008. Windham professionals has call many times after I already paid all of my loans by withheld taxes from the dept. of Fl. Educ. They still continue to call after I have paid the balance. Isn't this against the law? They say I still owe them? I have paid my student loan off twice over I am sure. Driver Payday.com said they would pay me for putting decals on my car and driving for over 1, 000 miles a month (I was promised $481 a month), but they needed me to pay for the decale $87 before they could send the first decale. I was working at the Waffle House in Lula, Ga and was falsely accused of stealing by the manager and fired after almost a year with this store. Another employee came forward and reported that they had seen another employee take this money and this statement was ignored. I may of 2008 I acquired new credit card processing equipment thru Vault Payment Solutions with a 48 month lease through Lease Finance Group. The Coaching Institute must have gone out of business or something. I paid a pretty hefty sum for the information, received some value but not all they committed. Their guarantee, that finally sold me, was "you will recoup at least double your cost inside 12 months, or we'll keep coaching you until you do". I felt that although the coaching and the information provide was of value, I put forward my best effort and have yet to recoup my investment. We found what seemed to be a reputable internet firm in Japan for Flutes. I could not find a complaintsboard on him. They are very responsive, sending pictures and even files of music being played.
