I bought a Samsung TV from Sears in May 2008. It began failing to stay on in September. The TV is still in the 1 year manufacturer warranty period. I've been fighting with Samsung Customer Support (mainly their ECR - executive customer relations) to get it fixed or replaced. I have visited Imperial Village apartments in Shrewsbury along with my brother to put in a lease for my brother for 6 months. I visited the facility, I spoke to the manager and she asked us to fill out an application, we even got a tour of the apartment. We mentioned to her that this is a 6 months lease. In Nov-Dec of 2007, I booked an advertised Independent FAM trip to Tahiti, with VIP ESCAPES. A FAM trip is a learning/working trip where one learns about the area and takes tours of certain hotels that are included in the trip. I received my check from RX Medco only to have it returned NSF by the bank. RX Medco sent me another check drawn on a different bank and I was unable to cash it as well. The supposed owner told me on the phone that "she has hundreds of drivers and they all go to the bank at the same time and this is why there is not enough money in the account"... this is not an exact quote but believe me, it is the gist of what she was saying... The people at the Fayettville Banfield Animal Clinic are more concerned about the money than they are about the life of the animal. In an attempt to assist my employee whose dog had a life threatening illness and need immediate surgery, I had an unpleasant encounter with the staff at this Banfield clinic about payment for the dog's surgery. I would describe them as rude, inflexible and all about the money as the dog lay dying. How sad that their business policy is such that the money takes place over everything else. We had a Fire in our house and my husband was burned on both hands, right foot, lower back and Backside . He was taken to Broward General for their Trauma unit. After many hours of great care in the emergency room we were taken to his room. Unfortunately, we allowed Jason Staling, a Celebrity Food sales rep out of the Bellingham office into our home to sell us the food service.
