I notified my bank about non-service on a VISA charge. Note: there was no phone number for the USEARCH on the charge. The bank has turned this over to their fraud department. I continue to received charges on my American Express card even though I have written numerous letters with attached credit card statements since I could NEVER get though to the phone number listed. Received a call out of the blue about tax remedies for our back taxes. My husband and I have always received refunds on IRS taxes. Called company back left a message and got a return message next day from a young woman named Jaime. Tried calling back several times, number is always busy. Never received any other notice about owing taxes from anyone including the IRS themselves. Checked website they are a member of the BBB, but haven't been an account holder for more than a month. I parked my car at about 9 am in what looked like a valid parking space at the far edge of a KMart parking lot and adjacent to a Budget Rent-a-Car. I rented a car at Budget and returned to retrieve my vehicle at about 4 pm the same day (some 7 hours later) to find my car was gone. I called the posted signs to Caroline's towing and was told my car had been removed at about 11 am, some 2 hours after I had parked it.
