I purchased a $1000 whirlpool washer 16 months ago and also purchased a 5 yr extended service plan through GE. A month ago the machine died and I have been given the run around for the whole month. I bought a drive from them that I had replaced three times under a three year warranty. I bought a new drive on 7/09/08 since I did not trust the other drive anymore. Geo Holidays offered $100 in free gas vouchers if you attended there presentation. It actually cost you. You had to spend the $100 first in one visit to the gas station submit that receipt and then they said you would receive your gas voucher. We submitted that receipt for the amount they asked. We now have received a booklet of 5 $20 coupon that we have to take to the gas station and return to Gas up America showing that we spent more money before we can get our actual refund. WTS was hired and paid amounts of $1, 250 on 3/27/2006, $1, 250 on 4/27/2006, and $1, 250 on 5/22/2006. WTS was faxed 23 pages of information regarding tax debt on 4/19/2006. No communication came from Washington Tax until 8/2/2006 in response to an inquiry from customer, and the response from WTS via e-mail on 8/2/2006 was that the IRS is "not showing any liability at this time" even after they had been faxed copies of the debt. Left my car with Avistar for a week . When I returned my radar detector was removed. People at the lot said there is nothing they can do. Submitted claim - cliam manager told me it is Company policy to let employees take whatever they want from the cars because it says on the back of your ticket that the Company is not responsible.
