I bought a drive from them that I had replaced three times under a three year warranty. I bought a new drive on 7/09/08 since I did not trust the other drive anymore. On November 17th 2008 I called for an RMA. I was told I would receive a new drive in 3-5 days. On 11/19 I called again since it still wasn't sent. Finally I received conformation that the drive was sent on Nov. 20th. Today is Nov. 25 & I still haven't received the drive and the website still does not list the tracking number that according to its own info, should be showing within 48 hours!
Western Digital doesn't seem to care. Defective products & bad customer service, why would anyone ever buy a Western Digital Hard Drive?
