My name is Shelley Tryon. I have been buying caramilk chocolate bars for years because of how good they are. For the past 2 weeks I have been have issues with the chocolate bar rapper. Every time I go to open the chocolate bar the package is actually glued to the chocolate bar, making it so you cannot even eat the bar. Because of the glue on the chocolate bar there is a lot of the paper glued on the rapper. I buy the chocolate bars daily and I really hope the problem gets fixed because my 10 year old daughter got very sick because of the glue. Please fix this problem before other kids get sick to.

We were content with her work up until the rehearsal & the day of the wedding. When it came to the most important roles (organizing and conducting the ceremony), she really became a disappointment. She was VERY unorganized. Our company purchased several items from this supplier. Several of the items appear used, though sold as new, and are defective as well. They are missing parts and tamper seals have been broken. Another though suppose to be a car rear view mirror, actually contains no mirror. This unit is illegal in our state for the purpose for which it was sold. When we asked for assistance they refused to send missing parts, or return the item misrepresented. These people keep sending boxes marked free gift. When you open the box there is some cheap toy or something and a reader's digest condensed book. Then a few weeks later you get a bill from them. My husband says, I already paid for my subscription to Reader's Digest, so we look for a number to call. No number given, so we go to rd.com and there is no information on how to contact anyone. When I enter phone number - I get a blank page with ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? going across. It has links to other lookup services - ALL of which charge a fee. We ordered flowers from Bloomex in Ottawa for our wedding last week. We ordered red gerberas and white roses. The flowers arrived the day before the wedding on Friday, and they were very well packed. We were able to unpack the beautiful flowers and arrange them for the wedding on saturday. We were very happy with the quality, firends and family made comments on the freshness and beauty of the flowers.

I live in Fort Nelson 4 hour away from Fort st John, when in town for medical resons did a little shopping at Canadian Tire. Found a snow blower and bought such for my husband for christmas. Returned home to see flyer saying the item was now on sale 100.00 dollars cheaper, called store to say I was dissapointed in the fact I would have waited the day and saved the money. I would like to cancel the magazine subscription as soon as possible, I am not able to contact a live person by phone to cancel it. I felt pressured by the salesman, and felt like I need to make a purchase to get him to leave my house at 9:30 at night. I am a single mom and I cannot afford this at this time. I would like a full refund, I have faxed, called and emailed the company for cancellation and refund within the 3 day cancellation period.

Delivered in the rain hence Media Dresser and Dresser back cardboard got wet.
They do not ready Delivery Release Form!
I had to call them on 10/30/2008 to complain about the same.
They sent a service specialist with wrong information (cardboard is loose!).
Specialist came saw the stain, took pictures, and went back.

The driver side window of my vehicle was broken and my portable GPS unit was stolen.
I brought the car to Field's BMW to have the window replaced. The following day I realized what the rattling was inside the door - they had not cleaned out the glass shards inside the door! Every time you shut the driver door on this $40k automobile, the glass shards rattle around.

I hate when the games ask for the game codes. (If you don't know the game codes are what you type in when you install a game, and if you lose the manual for it you can nver play it again if it ever gets uninstalled. They look like this 3I98U-9LS2-DHYT-LOP2) For example, I have Star Wars Battlefront II, well I play that game like all the time. But one day my computer got a virus or something and I had to wipe the whole computer so I lost everything. So I want to reinstall it and I lost the game manual that had the code of the back.
