On October 13, I was surfing online and found an ad about Extreme Acai Berry tablets, which had great reviews according to the website. I did read the fine print, and I scoured the web for negative reports, but I did not find any. So, I decided to give them a try.

It is a scam and they billed my credit card without getting permission and I cancel. I also called and e-mail and never heard back from them until they billed me. It's been well over a month and a half since this nightmare began. I ordered the ACAI BERRY SUPREME and was unable to cancel the 15 day trial. I was charged for the the ACAI BERRY AND THE CLEANSER. My credit card keeps getting billed every month for $29.87. The description on my statement reads "DIGEXP.COM 8664257155 PALMA MALLORC ESP". I have filed a dispute every time with my credit card company Capital One and they have refunded me the money back, but they also keep letting this company charge my card. I have no idea who they are. I have tried calling the number in the description and all I get is a machine stating all reps are busy to leave a message for call back. Rhino Engines is an ultimate dishonest company. They sold me a 1.8L toyota engine saying it was in California and would ship right away and be delivered to me in about 5 working days. This was ordered and paid for Oct 2 2008 and it is now Nov 29 2008 and their customer service worker(s) will not return my calls for explanation. They are truly a dishonest company with little to no customer service representation. I would recommend to anyone buying an engine that they look elsewhere. I purchased a pre construction condo from BAY View Grand(BVG) Developers in Puerto Vallarta Mexico over 2 years ago. About 1 year ago BVG has been sued by the Hotel Association in Puerto Vallarta for obtaining an illegal building permit and building a High Rise Condo complex that went against the building codes. BVG payed off the mayor of puerto Vallarta and he has since left mexico to escape any criminal charges. This auto group is extremely rude, disrespectful, and care nothing about the customer. My boyfriend attempted to buy a Toyota Yaris, they told me i needed to get something more expensive so he could carry the value better. They did not listen to me and did not give us any other options. Being that I work for a finance company, this is partly true, but when they offered me $500 for a trade in that is easily worth $2000, I knew they just wanted to sell me a bigger, more expensive car. I too check my bank account daily for transactions. This charge for $12.99 was there with the phone number and the company name of TLGreatfun. I had no idea where it came from. After calling them I found out that it came from an online purchase I made a month ago. They had obtained my credit card info and applied this fee stating that I had authorized them to do so. I never go for those gimmicks when I buy something and I DID NOT click on anything that would authorize this fee. I placed an order with this company March 2008. After only receiving a partial order I canceled the balance June 2008. Imagine my surprise when I piece of the canceled balance came to my home. I requested return instructions and credit for this item. By August I had not received return instructions yet and the final item on the canceled balance was shipped to my house.

He then said that he is waiting on them to receive the wire since it was an international transfer, but to start with he said the supplier was in Ohio. Then he said that someone from Nigeria hacked into his email and changed the banking info and the wire was sent to the wrong bank. In July 2007, I contacted Bathbrite about refinishing a shower and a bathtub. I had looked at the web site. They offered a 5 year warranty. Their prices seemed very reasonable. The shower was going to have to be redone and the bathtub either needed to replaced or refinished. I decided update the master bath and kitchen counter top. The owner of Batbrite assured me that the stone finish was almost as durable as laminate.

I too have become a victim of unauthorized check fraud with MX BL ent service. Someone charged my Wells Fargo account $34.99 posted 11/24/2008 with part of my name with an address registered in Hyattsville MD and I reside in Dallas TX and the check sequence number is way off by 6 digits, my sequence number still mrange with 4 digits. These people, like others I noticed in the complaint department, thought for one dollar we would get a credit report. Unfortunately they began to bill us for services that we didn't authorize. I did not catch it until after they billed us twice. They said they cancelled our membership (which we didn't join) and said they would give us one month refund. We will see what will happen. These kind of people are predators that need to be severely disciplined and not allowed to stay in business. read full review »
