Generous Motors would like us to believe that they are a changed organization. After purchasing numerous GM vehicles, to support the local economy, I have finally given up on them. My car sits in a repair bay, for a week now, waiting for stock parts to be delivered from a Lansing depot - not more than 2 hours away. And this is after I authorized an additional $50 charge for overnight delivery. I was in shock to have receive such judgement since I've been a member since 1997 and as of today I am currently in good standing. I was scammed by someone using the internet and tried to locate the real person who scammed me only to be scammed again by www.reversephonedetective.com. I tried to get the name and address of the person to no avail. I then tried their private investigator for only $79 more. I did not even receive a note from them. I bought a St. Croix pellet stove insert in June 2008. So far no problems with performance. But support... forget it. The manual is badly written. You are at the mercy of your local dealer. If you have a technical question and call the manufacturer in Waco, Nebraska you will hit a stone wall. I had a simple question about purchasing the right kind of UPS (battery backup) which my dealer had (wrongly) discouraged me from purchasing. In August, a purchase of $4.95 was made and no product was received. In October, an unauthorized charge of my account was made in the amount of $95.40. I was told it would be 30 days to receive a refund on both charges. It has been well over 30 days and I hae receveived to refund. I share the same complaint. IHSYSTEM has been my worst experience in dedicated server hosting. My dedicated server went down at least once a week. I have now moved my server hosting to my workshop garage and it was a great sigh of relief. DO NOT trust this hosting company. I rescued a little mixed terrier destined for euthanasia. I took the dog to Banfield for his first checkup. I was talked into the "Plan". I was told he was heart worm positive and would need treatment but not to worry, it was very safe. All of this was not in the "plan" so I had to pay for it out-of-pocket (around $1000.00). This place is so out of the loop when it comes to employee morral its not even laughable. They fire at will and believe everyone is replaceable. Myself and 3 friends went to All Star Wings and Ribs on November 18th, after playing hockey. We ordered ahead as we get there 5 minutes after the kitchen closes. We found at least 4 hairs in the wings and nachos. We called the Manger Ruby over to show her the problems. AHS sent a request for Apex Appliance Repair to come out and repair my oven. Apex came out and inspected my oven and stated that they would need to order a part. I waited two weeks and called Apex and they said the part was on order from Sears. Four weeks went by and still no repair. For anyone who wants to sign their children in a school and hope to work in the entertainment industry, you can find lots of schools who can offer your child classes without charging you a hefty fee.
