Purchased phone at Walgreens that was supposed to have a $15 rebate. Submitted the necessary paperwork on time. (9/12/07)

phone numbers and website given on form were disconnected when I tried to check

On 9/17/07 I was given a search result by American Telecom that my rebate info was recieved and being processed.
Have not recieved any rebate to date
