I ordered a "free" one month trial supply of the product colon cleanse. A withdrawal of $5.95 was withdrawn at the time of purchase from my checking account. Nothing else was signed at the time of this purchase. On 12/8/08, an unlawful withdrawal of $78.84 was made from my account. They send me cook books sometimes 2 times a month. The last 6 months I have returned them. I get the books in the mail and put return to sender and then take them to the post office. Unopened. Then a month or two down the road they send me a bill for the book which I had sent back. It's starting to upset me to the point of cancelling my membership. I am so ashamed that I fell for this and I hope others are warned so that they may be aware of the deception of this company. One thing I do credit them with is responding and having a valid address to voice complaints even though they are not able to readily correct things and they cause a lot of worry and hassle until it gets resolved. I ordered a new dell computer in November, 2007. I have sent in my paperwork for it to be shipped, months ago. Made numerous phone calls to them to get a shipping date, no information has been given to me. I have gotten the runaround everytime i call they say it may be being shipped as we speak. Just decided to check my online balances and saw that i had been charged $34.62/£23.19 from this company which i have never used. I have now notified my bank and will try to claim the money back as it as the payment has gone through. My offer for a house was accepted and it went into escrow. The house and I am in Northern California. The escrow company is in Southern California. I am very upset in that I deposited the check and waited 4 business days before pulling out the amount needed and found out the check did not clear my bank!!! This is a formal complaint against Cell C Service provider for an agreement we entered into in September 2007. The contract was for 24 months and in beginning of the year (January/February 2008) I requested a migration from Casual Chat 100 to Business 1000 which was granted subject to provision that my account was up to date.
