I purchased a Canon printhead and sets of Canon inks. I received the printhead and the shipping copy had(has) a handwritten note that the inks would be shipped at a later date. The inks have never arrived.

Authorized an initial charge of $1.95 on 11/19/08. During this process tried to escape but the only way to exit is to accept terms in order to exit the loop. This action was report to Wells Fargo and they declined any further investigation as they disregard the fact that you are caught in a loop. Each time I have called the following number 1-866-526-5334 --- I am on hold for periods of over 45 minutes and no one answers. About 2 weeks before Christmas, I ordered the $19.95 2-Snuggie with Booklite offer by telephone, the number provided in the advertisement on TV. A recorded person did not confirm my order ever, but kept trying to upsell me on more Snuggies and various items they were hawking. I did finally order one of those Sound Enhancers that is supposed to amplify sound, again for a reduced price. Recently I ordered 5 pairs of baseball pants for my youth baseball team from essesco.com. The pants came in a reasonable amount of time. I took the box to a team practice to have my players try the pants on for size. I only ordered 5 pairs to make sure that the pants would fit my players. I paid 10% shipping at that time. My son who has been an Equity Residential Apts tenant for the past two years, was robbed twice in the residential parking of Coconut Palm Apts in Coconut Creek, FL. Worship Empire appear to be a fraudulent company that take your money but don't send the goods. Insult to injury - Paypal so called "secure payment" wash their hands of it - after the event. Surely they should keep closer tabs on defaulting companies and remove the Paypal facilities rather than letting more and more people fall into the same trap.
Fortunately this lesson only cost me £11.65 - but had I used a credit card instead of Paypal I could have claimed the money back.

I also ordered a trial of the Lipaphen/Acai Berry products and was charged 3.95 twice an NEVER received the trial period products. I was then charged $87.13 twice and never received that product either. Lucky for me my bank reversed the charges for me as products not received. About a month after joining classmates.com I noticed an unauthorized charge of $19.95 on my bank statement. I neither requested a credit report on a trial basis or paid basis. I am unsure if this is in any way related to joining classmates.com. I have contacted my bank to prevent any further charges and they will be taking action to get my money back. Made a purchase at Good Feet Store of 2 sets of plastic inserts. While I was pleased with one set, the other did not support my feet at all, and I returned them for an exchange within the 60 day grace period they give, less than a month after the original purchase. The clerk basically argued with me that they really do work and that they don't take returns. I advised at the time of purchase I was told to return them within 60 days and an exchange would be made. On Dec. 28, 2008, I ordered two C-V axle assemblies for my son's Avalon from PartsTrain.com. On Dec. 5th, I received only ONE assembly (yet was billed for TWO.) I have since phoned customer support (I have even kept records with whom I spoke...) no less than six times--- to no avail...yet they do admit it was a warehouse error! I was promised each time I called that my credit card would be refunded for the cost of one C-V axle assembly. 1. Higher gas prices outside the USA - Residents of other countries to not pay for health care or education. They pay lower taxes, have a different and better financial structure.
