Avoid these people at all costs. This internet and especially EBay seller is a nasty piece of work. Just check their negative feedback on Ebay: 60+ complaints in the last month, nearly 500 in the last year. Many are for nonreceipt of merchandise which is the problem I had with them. NWA lost my daughters luggage in Detroit and despite finding it, failed to deliver it in a timely manner. In spite of repeated phone calls to customer service providing all the requested information and guarantees that the bag would be delivered promptly, she has not been contacted about delivery which was supposed to occour today. I contacted Novelty Central on 1/6/09 relative to my purchase of the software above, after my computer crashed. The program software came with a CD. Had furnace (forced hot air) serviced last fall. Three days later the heard horrible noise. WMS serviceman told me the powervent was demolished and it had nothing to do with the maintenance service they provided 3 days early but was caused by the system.
