After two months of use, an oil leak after the first service caused a breakdown of the engine that went dry. The company decided to re-build all the engine. After two months and a half, the bike is still not repaired due to missing parts. The company did not offer any new bike, or even a bike to use in the meantime. The repair shop never calls back, I always have to chase them up with the same answer, "we are missing a part we cannot repair the bike for now." I received a call from Summit Alliance about a great deal on magazines. So I (stupidly) authorized a one-time fee charge from my account. I have had several fees taken out of my account even after telling them that I DO NOT want their magazines and have sent back the ones that I had received. They have even charged me an overdraft fee. Back in October 2008, I had a granite counter top installed and noticed shortly after the counter top was installed that the cook top was cut off center from the microwave above and stove below. They began calling me about 2 weeks ago. They call every day, usually more than once. I have asked them 5 or 6 times to take me off of their list (even twice in one day) but they continue to call.
