Read the small print. I called and cancelled because I found out that they charge $79.00 to my account if I don't call and cancel within 14 days. So absolutely nothing is free! They were shut down by th FCC in Oct "08 according to BFS.I called and asked if they are Hargrave and assoc., she (Ty) stated they took over, they can pull up your file, and she read me my info, then said she'd send letters to the creditors once again.If any thing came off in the meantime then great, so I recommend if you were formerly with Hargrave and assoc., call BFS so they can shoot off your stuff one more time.Then if you want to get back in that mess you can get in with them a couple months later. read full review »

I took a loan out for 2600.00 which after all the starting fees came out to like 2500.00 and I was told very little about anything other then the payment would be 199.09 a month. I started this loan in April 2005 and I just made the last payment Novemeber 1, 2008. I made an effort a couple of time to make more then the monthly payment which is why I was able to pay it off before the expected contract date. I looked up my grand mother and they came back with ticks against all things. Marriage, birth, death etc. At no time did they say it was based in US so I thought I would pay the premium, and look it up as they seemed to know. With the color HP printers, if your toner for one color runs out the printer will only print in black. But if you keep printing in black only, the other colors run out anyway. Is this because the amount of toner is not measured, but counted on the imbedded chip? Why else would the other colors run out without being used? We hired Texas Best Roofing to replace our roof. The original quote as aprox. $8600. After the roofer consulted with Texas Windstorm it was realized that we needed 30yr shingle instead of the 20yr shingles quoted. So the roofer raised the quote and we agreed to aprox. $9700. Then once the roof was nearing completion he returned with a supplemented amount to the sum of $3300 additional. I have not areed to that and paid the aprox. $9700. I have expierenced a crack in the rear door of my 2003 Mercury Mountaineer, I went to the dealership and spoke with the service manager, he said that there have been several complaints do to the stress of exspansion and contraction and it isn't covered by the company.. I will NEVER purchased another Mercury or Ford product again. The told me that they would give me a discount for a new door. I ordered the Escort 9500ix from Escort itself. Apparently, if you order from someone else, Escort will try to void the warranty. Not sure why they would sell through other retailer and have the customer pay the ultimate price of having a voided warranty. Nonetheless, I figured the 9500ix seemed like a good ideal. I was told by Brian H. a customer service rep at PFF that they would be able to get a "loan modification" approved for us in order to allow us to keep our home from going to foreclosure.
