On dec 26 I placed a call tio Acia Berry advising that I would like a free Trai Of the Products. As I returned the product the company has charged me 174.26 as charging me a Membership fee Of 87.13 and the product fee of 87.13. The Kicker is is everytime I contact acia berry customer service line at 866-949-0138 i am forwaded to there outsourced vendor who advises that there escalating my call and I am unable to forward you to the billing the department. As I am extremely frustrated with the customer service deparatment because they are unknowlegdeable and incompetent. The company has also not be able to refund my money after there 7-10 days. read full review »

After I mistakenly blocked a collect call from a family member at a correctional facility, I tried approximately 4-5 times over 2 weeks to "unblock" with T-Netix customer service. Each representative informed me they removed the block and I would be able to receive calls; to no avail.
I contacted the Public Service Commission for my state, who filed my complaint immediately.
I also contacted the Broward Correctional main facility; they immediately removed the block.

Is the company referenced above a "real company" or am I the target of a rip-off? If I am the target it is going to be rough on the next (ligitimate) young person trying to sell something.

i was sent a bill for the above items after soposadly recevieing samples which i did not, when i recieved a billand the moisturiser i sent itback the next day with a letter stating why? and canceling the account, today i recieved another invoice for the same amount of 13.98 and stating if i wish to cancel to put it on the payment slip. this company is a complete scam and the company in question should be fined and not aloud to operate again. please can you help. read full review »

i just had a root canal done with a crown less then a year ago, and needed another one on the same tooth, what i didnt know was when i went to a different dentist i had to pay for it out of my own pocket 1035.00, i found that out after the crown was placed. so know i am stuck with paying all this mony for a tooth that the dentist didnt do right in the first place. i wish i could sue this dr for my mony back and all the suffereing that went along with it read full review »

I'm ashamed to say that I ever worked for this company.
They are a scam from the very first contact call they make to people... "claiming" that the person on the other end has been selected in a drawing as a "finalist" for a $50, 000 home makeover! There are potentially hundreds to even thousands of calls made each day, all being a "finalist"... and if you look closely at the stupid brochure they send you, you'll realize that your chances of winning ANYTHING good is like 1 out of every FEW MILLION people!!!... read full review »

I bought the iDrive because it offered a quick and simple approach to mounting a garage door opener. The design seemed ingenious...and it really is...but their implementation of the motor/gearbox is less than robust.
In just under a year, I've burned up two motors (under warranty) and 3 months ago they sent me a whole new unit under warranty and just today it burned up again. I purchased the "Unlimited World" program from Skype, that offer conferencing service, for one year on April 27, 2008. They also have “Fair Usage Policy”; subject to a fair usage limit of 10, 000 minutes per user per month. Once this limit is exceeded Skype will charge normal SkypeOut rates and a connection fee for any additional minutes used. I bought a Green Dot-Visa online shopping card at a Rite Aid store. I tried to register it online but none of the numbers, either on the envelope, on the card, or on the store receipt, was the right registration number. On the website, non of the examples of cards looked like the Online Shopping Card I have- mine is orange. I didn't just pick it up on the street somewhere, I bought it from a reputable store! I was lured to LTD by some pretty incredible prices. My fault: I forgot the "you get what you pay for" and "if it's too good to be true, it probaby is not true" sayings. I subsequently found out this:
1. This company uses shipping charges as a profit center. When you order 3 items, they don't tell you shipping, and then send you the 3 items in seperate boxes - charging you "published" rates. I have worked for this company for 16 months. The owner is female and her husband is also part owner. They are going through a nasty divorce. The podiatrist that works there was going on maternity leave for 6 weeks in Nov. 2008, and the other three employees(incl. myself) ended up being laid off as well due to the podiatrist's leave and the faxt that business was slow. All American Hot Dog King. This little man ripped me off for 5k and gave no warranty unless I shipped the item back down to Miami at my own cost. From the cheap burners that he uses..I have high flame and there is no low flame. None of these burners are even positioned properly and are already rusted. Their whole water delivery system and filtration is a joke. I literally had to open the whole cart and redo the lines and also had to add a pump. I too believed Art Krull and HSN that the Ultrex brand was quality merchandise. I bought numerous cookware sets because of the warranty. Needless to say, they are all flaking off black coating. I logged on to try an find info on downloading i-tunes - the first site that came up directed me to join up for 3 years membership (which I though meant gave me access to a tunes store online). I have received an email from paypal confirming my payment of USD60, but received nothing else regarding this transaction. No website, no download, no membership details.
I have sent an email to the sales dept but do not hold out much hope for a resolution.

Huge fee for one thing ...but never issue them a check...son issued check in 2007 the check was bad (his fault) but he paid the bad check and then some ...the company issued a warrant for his arrest and he is in jail now for however long because the international matchmaker NEVER dropped the warrant after the account was paid...

Bass pro shops hunting section at Concord NC. This is a complaint. Yes, you are selling lot of guns. But why do people bring their guns in from home to the store? I saw a guy today who took his pistol in and even though the sales person had to bring it up (i saw him), this guy wanted to have his hands all over his gun.
