Ordering was like any other on-line process to me. The products, Windows XP home software and a dvd/cd rom, were shipped quickly and arrived on time and they both work. This company must have the worst customer service on this planet. It takes almost an hour every time you call them and if you say anything they don't like, they will hang up on you. No where in the page where I filled out my shipping did it state that I would be enrolled in any program or charged further.
