Last year I subscribed to their download (utility software) service, $20. It never worked, and I emailed them several times trying to get a refund. Instead, I got form letter promises, no action. I gave up after I learned they were in BK. But, just this month, I got a notice I'd subscribed again, for this year, without doing so. Naturally I emailed them, twice, to cancel, but no answer. They sold me a Suv with the wrong size tires and numerous other serious problems and refused any liability. The owner of car Connection advised me that the smaller tire size had caused the previous owner no problems so they felt no obligation to assume liability for any of the problems I incurred.. Two Ford Dealerships told me they were not safe. James Hubings partner Larry told me the service plan I purchased would cover part of the damage to the Differential only if my mechanic did not mention in his report that different size tires had been used. My complaint is much like that of the other ones I have been reading. I come across what seemed like a good deal and has turned out to be a nightmare. I orderd the Acai-pure as a free trial offer and was only supposed to pay $1.00 PLUS $4.95 shipping. When I finally did receive my 2 week supply, they also sent hoodiburst gum and hoodiawater, and charged my checking account around $45.00. Just like everyone else, I was trying to get a payday loan online, got turned down, and then 2 days later I have a $99 dollar check that posted. The first response when I called the banks 800 number was that any company can create a check with a routing and account #. Finally I had to call the local branch I bank with and file a fraud complaint. Now I have to get new account numbers and everything. I originally signed up for a paralegal course through Meditec in August of 2006. Due to health problems, I never completed the course. I submitted my application in May 2008, Got the policy in November 2008. When I checked the policy, I found that my name is wrong and not according to passport nor complying with my name signed. I informed them to cancel my policy, they did not agree, later informed will correct the name and address. A few months ago, I started to put an ad on GoGinzo.com. It claims to be an advertising service much like Craigslist, and they do comb through Craigslist ads in order to find dupes for their scam. Lasershield has been raising money for 5 years for individual investors, claiming to have a product that will make millions for the investors. We did a job for AMPCO, and only received a fraction of the total amount due. We have been waiting for well over 6 months for the balance due to us. They recently purchased a new excavator for over $100k and yet, they still can't pay their bills. The owners are very immature and have a hurry up attitude, that causes equipment damage, property damage, and soon will result in employee injury or worse. This credit card company is really bad. First off, my daughter was given a credit card when she was 17 and even placed her real information on this card. She turned 18 and lost the card and never made any payments. I wasn't aware this was even going on until she told me later. I told her to make a payment on the card and call and report the card missing so they could replace it for her. She did. After purchasing my 52' LCD Sharp television in June 2008, I was excited to have view favorite shows and movies. I found Fluent through a web search, came up with their promotion of Customers Service. Basically, I spent $14, 900.00 to set up a campaign with them. Looked like package deal to create a custom Flash ad, that I had to setup a domain name for and host. That is what the 14.9K was for, I assumed. I purchased three Panasonic KX-TGA510M handsets recently. When I received the order, one handset was missing the battery cover. I called immediately and the woman told me to call Panasonic directly and get it from them and if they would not give it to me then to call them back again (BUT she told me to call on Mon because they were closing). I read the previous review and was convinced it was written by their marketing department. However, I am very satisfied with my purchase. It was shipped promptly and received quickly. This is the worst place to get your computer fixed. I took my computer in to have my motherboard replaced only to get it home and the computer would not work. I had purchased an Antec Neo 550 PSU that ran great since last November, then inexplicably died. After removing the PSU from my tower, I noticed that it was making a strange rattling sound like a piece had broken off inside. Antec's online RMA process was easy to complete and I received an RMA number 10 hours later. After boxing and shipping off my dead PSU, I received a brand new one as a replacement. I purchased an Asus eeePC from which had an intermittent Bios problem which was on the first day. After calling them they sent me email telling me they would replace the unit _ GOOD LUCK - After driving for 1.5 hours to the store the, the service fellow said that because the unit was intermittent they would have to keep it and check it and then send it to ASUS for repairs if need. I ordered a OCD-33333 full ATX case, customised with 2 x 80mm @ 50cfm side blowhole fans. I ordered this on Saturday, the office obviously closed and got an invoice confirmation email first thing Monday. I noticed the invoice had the wrong fan configuration and emailed them with the corrections and not 15 minutes later received the reply and a new invoice that showed the correct configuration. Prompt shipment but wrong parts. I ordered StarTech SNT127A mobile racks which are made of metal. Without checking with me they shipped Lian Li plastic mobile racks which are not compatible with my other Startech products, Wrote feedback requesting information, no response as yet, so have now requested an RMA number. A quick check would have clarified this before shippment. I am a very dissappointed customer (probably ex customer). If I receive an RMA number, I can ship these back being out time, energy, and shipping both ways, but they will make a small profit on the shipping and HANDLING charges.
