I've used this online service for years, and it's getting worse each time. We paid for the e-file service. We paid the simple pay fee . Simple pay is when they setup fees to be direct deposited to their bank then transferred to yours. What a joke. Upon clling four weeks after filing no one could give me any accurate information. i ordered an dvd off amazon and was automatically enrolled in some smartsavings club without my knowledge or consent. they just started taking 30 dollars a month off my credit card. I couldn't get into to the smartsavings website with out a log in name (which i didn't have cause i never signed up). Ordered Athlon/K7M/SCSI (~$3.5k) system by phone giving all info. They call the next day saying they lost the info - "pressed the wrong key". System arrived on time. Packaging was rather poor. This company has fraudulently charged me twice for $79.95 for a product I never ordered-diet pills. I had to block new charges and have my ATM card cancelled and reissued, but still have not be reimbursed for the $160.00 in charges that were taken out of my account. Calling them is pointless. My car was brought in for service on the oil pan gasket, timing belt, camshaft seals and was charged $708.54, also including front brake pads and labor an additional $150.00. Warning, this mover is definitely not professional or dependable! When the belongings didn't arrive on the scheduled delivery dates the mover had to be contacted. In summer of 2008 I purchased an extended warranty package from Consumer Direct through what appears to be their "front" marketing company, Vehicle Services Inc. At that time, V.S.I. Claimed I was buying a "bumper-to-bumper" warranty, simalar to a new car warranty. Vadafone Account 200 free minute option. Calls are free on public holidays and after 7pm, provided you have sufficient minutes left on your account, this I had. However, I was billed $37.41 and two lots of $0.88 on January 1, 2009, calls that should have been free. It means that Vodafone will debit my bank account for this amount on Feb 5 .
