I rented a house from Hometown Realty. When I moved out they charged me for damages to the property that were there when I moved in. I wrote the things were wrong on the move in/out sheet when I first rented it. During my lease they were charging me for any repairs needed in the house. They talked me into their phone service. The service was poor and they billed more than advertised. Quit their phone service after 5 months but still had billing problems. I always paid what I agreed to but billing was always off. After months of trying to work out with long phone calls, they agreed to a fair credit for past billing errors. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This company does not keep any items in stock, rather just drop ships to you from vendors. This process in reality takes 7 to 10 days. If you have weeks to wait to receive items, go ahead and order. If you are on a deadline they will never make it, and then charge you a 15% restocking fee if you have to return the items because you were forced to order them from another company that actually cared about customer service. Customer Service Representatives must be told or trained to be as rude and condescending as possible. I had a very poor experience with Coolerguys.com. I had asked for the RMA number to return a keyboard for a refund. By by the time I had received an RMA number, the fellow indicated that it was beyond the 30 days, and had to go to the factory in China. It was only a $30 keyboard, and they refused to return it for a refund.
