We have been an avid customer of Direct TV for over 10 years. We recently purchased an HDTV. We called Direct TV to hook up the service on this 1 TV. The guy came out and hooked it up. Stuck some papers in front of my husband and asked for his signature. When we asked what it was he said that it verified that we got the equipment. He signed it. On the 7th January 2009, I paid A1 writers (they advertise on the google search engine as being professional writers) a sum of £192.90 with an additional service fee to XOOM of £25.00. The fee paid to A1 writers was done through Xoom. This was for the company to write an assignment for me. I asked for a free trial to Acai Xl and Cologenix from the Oprah site and was charged for shipping and handling on January 16, 2009 and never recieved the product. On February 4, 2009 my bank account was charged for $87.13 for each product totalling $174.26. Dish Network is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The customer service sucks big time. I mailed a payment in January that for some reason they did not receive or did not process. On my next bill I noticed a late payment notice, a jump in my interest rate from 9.99% to 28.99% and excessive finance charges as a result. A few months ago this "spyware guard " kept popping up on my computer telling me I had all kinds of viruses and worms that were an immediate threat to my computer.
