I didn't realize - if it was even disclosed in fine print - that I would receive another order and be charged $78.00. The University of Phoenix crossed an ethical line.After endless computer trouble I knew I needed to drop before the 2 week deadline, they wouldn't let me drop. Company charged 3.95 and 5.95 for Acai berry and colonix. Never shipped product till the 15 day trail was up. I called to cancel recieved cancellation number before 15 day trial ended. FMW still charged the 87.13 to my account. When calling to question about charge they stated they never charged and that it was not there company. The toll free number attached to 87.13 charge is the same toll free connection as the 3.95 and 5.95 charge. But they due have different numbers and different names for charges. I went to Wisconsin Title Loan on 35th and Capital and they were nice and professional the first time I went but after that they were very rude and unprofessional. When I wanted to complain they wouldn't give me the corporate number I had to call another location to get the number. I have never been treated so badly in my life. She was very nice and told me to send the flat iron back with a check for $19.99 for warranty replacement. She said that I would receive my new one in 7-10 days. I signed up for the trial offer of the Pure Acai Berry Supplement as shown on the internet for $4.95 (shipping/handling). They did charge my acccount only $4.95. However, when I received the trial bottle, there was a plastic seal on the outside of the bottle around the cap, however, the inner seal was completely punctured. My son was also scammed by H & R Block and their Emerald Card. He was never told at the time of having his taxes done that the $57 fee they charged in order for him to have part of his refund posted on the card within one or two days was actually an application fee for a loan that he could be denied for. I found out that a company called DRI SURPLUS SUPPLY charged your card $1.95 the first time and you get a 10 trail then without you knowing it they charge your card $39.95 and tell you when you go to cancel it they have an audio recording of you authorizing this money.
