Iam a Disabled Veteran on fixed income. In the summer of 2008 I had a busted slap-hot water pipe under my house and it did flood my house. the water damaged my furnuture, sheet rock and my wood cabintes. I have contacted this company numerous times to obtain a refund and have never received one, although they have given me a refund and credit reference number. I wait holding on the phone for minutes, sometimes over 20 minutes, and when a representative does get on the line, they claim that they will put a request into the refund department and that is all they can do.
