I ordered a 48 port patch pane with built in LED indicators and 3-1000' rolls of Cat5e. After running the cable and terminating the jacks, I used my personal network tester to test my lines and kept getting readings saying there were shorts and miswirings. Needless to say I wasn't thrilled - about 2700' of cable laid and now I'm thinking I have bad cable and would have to do it again... I was extremely pleased with my buying experience with Finders Keepers. My nephew wanted to order one small item which cost less than a dollar. I was concerned that the shipping cost would be too high. I wrote an email to the company which was immediately answered. The shipping cost was very reasonable and the box was the first item I received in approximately 10 orders placed on the same day and within the same two hour period. Ordered replacement filter for Sears humidifyer. Order arrived very quickly, the price was a few dollars below Sears, and unlike Sears, they had it in stock. But it was different than the original - different construction, materials, and worst of all, it was the wrong size. I'll eat the loss as it is too small to bother and get upset about. I ordered wood flooring from Fast Floors. while the salesperson was very helpful, the customer service stopped there. When my flooring contractor started to lay the floor he noriced that each box was an assorted mix of boards that were cupped and the random lengths were more than random. There are normally 4 differant random sizes. With this shipment there were so many differant lenghts, that you could not even duplicate the same length with many of the sizes. I purchased an IBM hard drive from them 10 months ago. The product was shipped promptly, and I was happy with it. Recently, numerous errors have popped up, and I find out that the drive is defective (using IBM's software). Everything was going wonderful with Family Photo and Video until I got my order. I ordered a Sigma EF-430 ST flash for a Pentax camera because it was just what I needed (an auto-focus auto-zoom flash) and on a closeout sale for 80$. I ordered it from their website on 12/20/04 at 1:30 PM for a total of 92.89$ The flash was 79.99 (a great deal, but it should have been since the flash has been discontinued for 5 years) but shipping was pretty hefty. 12.99$ for standard shipping. Ordered one LCD panel on 11/1/2005. Received an e-mail on 11/10/2005 saying orders were delayed by Hurricane Wilma, and asking if I still wanted my LCD. I confirmed this, so they charged my credit card on 11/16/2005. The charge was from the UK, although the site shows a Miami physical address. Not good. I have e-mailed them several times. The Wells Fargo revolving payment due date between 20-25 days. This increases the number of payments a year rather than the native monthly of 12 and since the date changes it poses a challenge to those who pay their bills at a regular time period each month. This was ridiculous. I purchased a shower curtain from this company last week. They tried to charge me an additional ten dollars for shipping, when I had already paid 7.95. My dealing with this company was atrocious. I placed on order on the 31st, Sunday and it didn't even process until Thursday. I know Monday was a holiday, but three business days to process my order? Newegg deals with a lot more orders than they do and I RECEIVE product in 3 days from them, sometimes less. I bought a Thinkpad that was not what I expected (no touchpad) and which ultimately proved to be defective. Nevertheless, Euclid required that I pay a 15% restocking fee and of course I paid for return shipping, so I lost $100. Communications with them was poor. I have been in contact with them regarding this and they have only responded to me once to say that all billing will be stopped. They requested that I do not log into passporttowealth to avoid being billed further. The problem is they are still billing me and in order to contact them I need to log into passport to wealth to get a ticket to submit my complaint. I called in advance to confirm that this reseller had the parts that I needed. I placed my order and tried to contact them for a rush delivery on the order. I never got a reply from the reseller, so I waited for the standard delivery. When the items came, I found that they shipped incorrectly 20 of the 30 units that I had ordered. I had ordered 30 ST3800013AS, but only received 10. The remaining 20 were the ST3800023AS.
