On Thursday Feb. 12, 2009, I received a call regarding the 2007 Ford Mustang Convertible I had advertised on Craigslist and Auto Trader. Asked if I had sold the car yet? I answered NO and he introduced himself as Kevin Dodge a Representative of Autosellernewwork an affiliate of Walmart. Asked me to describe the car and condition, mileage, asking price. I did and he told me it sounded like an excellent car and they would love to sell it for me and it should only take about 2 weeks! They make their money, he said, by re-financing the car and... read full review »

Lowery Law Office
Parker February 18, 2009
This company has been calling me for almost a year. I have received over 70 telephone calls for someone that I don't even know. Guess having the same initials of the person they are looking for is sufficient grounds to continue bothering me. After about 5 calls I stopped answering the phone and let the answering machine start, but they refuse to leave a message. When I did speak with them they were very rude and asking personal questions that I refuse to answer. They were told to stop calling but they didn't so they are in violation... read full review »

Direct Tv Services
Edward February 18, 2009
I had order Direct TV I had it all hooked up on Jan 20 cancelled on Jan 21 with in the 24 hours like I was told to do. They immediately took $419.20 out of my bank account as an early termination fee. In which this should have never happened they messed up all my banking and other payments. I have made several calls hours on the phone they keep telling me it is in the billing department’s hands. It is now Feb 18 2009 and stills nothing. I keep on getting the same response as my bills build up more because of the incompetent people who took this money out to begin with. ETM Roofing Company is a bunch of cheats and I recommend that anyone looking for a roofing company STAY AWAY! This company took six months to do a simple reroofing job of my house. They refused to pay a supplier the $1757 they owe them.As a result, the supply company has placed a lien on my property. I called the supplier and they told me that ETM Roofing is ignoring their calls and obviously trying to cheat them out of their money. I went to Domestic Auto Experts and had all four shocks and a complete front and back brake systems put in. That was around three or four grand, just to begin with. I ordered a Solderless Xbox Modchip from Go Cyber Shop (order date listed below the review is only an estimate since I don't have the invoice at hand), paid by Money Order (dated 14 May 2004), and received the chip, but I was unable to get it fitted correctly and decided to give up on it rather than continue to fiddle with it and risk scratching the motherboard. Today I received my credit card statement per January - February 2009. There was a charge $12.00 which I did not recognize. My call to the company was not successful. Fact is, I never did business with Shoppers Discounts CT and neither did I authorize the use of my credit card. I have no idea how they got my credit card number. I wrote a letter to my credit card issuer "First National Bank, Omaha" demanding that the charge will be cancelled and the Merchant Shoppers Discounts CT put on a black list. read full review »

This company essentially renege on their contact. From the price, to the supposedly free month storage, the actual storage fee and everything else. The owner Amir Sharabi tried to charge me $1500 for a 15 mile local move. This company is so illegitimate that they do not even own their own trucks. He rents them from Budget and Enterprise. These guys are a bit shady. I purchased a VWIC-2MFT-T1 dual T1 cisco interface card for my router in January. I found them first in a search by price on pricegrabber or pricewatch and the reviews here were decent. So $392 for this new retail boxed product seemed great since the next closest I saw was nearly $700 and then most places jumped to over $1000. It came in an official Cisco box in a timely manner and it worked when I installed it so I didn't think much other than "what a deal". So now I'm researching to... read full review »

They messed up their system by not having the weights of the video cards they sell. Because of this, it took them an extra day to ship out my item. I had paid for 3 day air because I needed by a certain date. We spoke about the mess-up before they shipped. They refused any responsibility in the delay and I was forced to pay an extra $10 to upgrade to 2-day air in order to get my package on the same day. As I see it, since the customer did not make a mistake, the customer should not have to pay for it. They disagree. read full review »
