They either are sending the fraud themselves or somebody hacked into their site and has all their customer information. Either way, its a site to avoid! Placed an order to Tower.com using a bank money order. Order was placed on January 27, 2009; however, I never received an update on the order. They do not answer emails and when you call customer service via the 800 number you have to wait at least 30 minutes to talk with someone. I am looking at purchasing a new vehicle and currently have a 2000 GMC Sierra 1500 S71 4X4.
