I am writing in regard to a dealership of yours that I purchased a new Titan truck from. I have made several attempts to resolve this matter directly with them but to no avail. I purchased a new truck and paid for it in cash. 30 days later I received a bill for $600. I called the dealership and asked that they explain. They promised several times to return my call but never have. Not even once. This has been at issue for nearly two years. If someone at your company could please assist I would greatly appreciate it. A number of times I have received SMS's from Optus (an Australian Telecommunications provider) on my pre-paid mobile phone at unacceptable times of the day/night. The most recent was just before 2am on Friday the 21st of November 2008 (taken me a while to find somewhere to complain!) which had the text something like: "For a limited time only, get 2 always win prizes for the price of 1 when you recharge online with a credit card for $30 or more, 2 unsub sms 'went' to 2222" - From Optus MSG which woke me up, I had to go to work the next day and it really annoyed the hell out of me! read full review »

This company sells a radon meter that is supposed to register the levels of radon in your house. I have done regular tests with other kits and all have come back with low (acceptable) readings. This meter, however, gives false readings and even when I had it replaced, still new one doesn't work right. I paid over $100 and this is definitely a ripoff. Stay away from this company! Don't use Griffin Heating and Cooling! Last year when we had them come for our annual service, the guy spend 40 minutes cleaning our system (even though he recorded an hour and a half!) I paid GOF Inc to ship my household goods from California to Ireland on 7/12/08. My goods still have not been delivered. They are in the UK and will not be released due to GOF failing to pay the import freight costs and destination delivery costs associated with my shipment. Recently I recieved a job offer from vienna, austria stating that they require an Indian chef for their 359 seater restaurant, wherein they will pay me 2050 euros plus accomodation etc.They have taken copies of all my certiicates and everything required for a visa or work permit, but yesterday they asked for 350 euros as coution money that is refundable. SWReg, Inc. failed to deliver the software (via disc). I purchased Abrosoft morphing software in early December 2008 and was able to download it. However, I also paid an additional $10 to receive the disc, but it has not been delivered as of Feb18, 2009. I have attempted to contact SWReg but have not had any response. I recently received notification that Chase Bank was taking over my VISA account from Washington Mutual and raising my rate all the way up to 26.99% as of March 1, 2009, which is like a default rate. While some complaints are legitimate, some of you have actually agreed to these memberships by either accepting an offer for gas rebates or a gift card of some sort.
