we bought 12 rolls of wallpaper from laura ashley and also paste as advised. we had this hung by a profesional decorater.and the next morning it had shrunk and was falling from the walls. the instuctions were followed to a tee . We sent samples to laura ashley for testing who after 5-6 weeks and several unreturned phone calls said it was not there fault and would not take any responsability. this has cost us a fortune and they did not even offer a good will gesture. I read an advertisement for a free bottle of diet pills, Acai Berry. All I would have to pay was the shipping. I agreed to that and fifteen days later I get a charge of $78.81 on my credit card. When calling the company they said I was supposed to call within ten days and then I would not have to pay for the pills. I never saw that on the advertisement. Our home is financed through 21st Mortgage Corp. Instead of using their insurance, we are paying through another company for better coverage at better rates. We are set up with four payments per year by our insurance company and have never been late or had our coverage canceled. I used three 16 foot PODS to move from NY to CO. The people in customer service were nice on the phone, accomodating with changes and seemed like a dream come true for my moving experience.
