DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PUPPY MILL BREEDER!!! These Breeders here at their home sell golden retrievers with bacterial infections and send you home with medications for your new puppy. No puppy should be sent home with Metronidozol and Albon, that means your puppy is very sick when going home with you. customer service is horrible & trying to get problems fixed is inpossible. we have had nothing but problems & you are on hold forever & most of the time disconnected & no one calls you back. the bill is, most of time wrong, so you have to call them every month, to have errors corrected. we are under a contract & as soon as its over we are gone., we have tried to get out of it, we found out that they do not keep any kind of a log on the system of how many times you have called to complain, so we have starte our own!!!... read full review »

I ordered 8 "Draft Guard Deluxe's" from the website on Dec 2, 2008. I was immediately charged, and on Dec 25, 2008 I got an email from them appologizing for the delay and offering a refund, or continued order with free gift. The order would then get to me with 10-15 days. I accepted the continued order, but have not received the items as of today (Feb 17, 2009). I recently requested a refund via the Dec 25 email, I have emailed customer service, and I have called the customer service line (with only an answering machine with no room to leave a message) and no reply, or refund. read full review »

Extrememly unhappy with Customer Service. I orded the product on June 26, and the last time I check the item was returned, because it was sent incorrectly. The only way for me to get the product again. Is after I wait another 3 weeks for them to get the product and I pay for another shipping fee, after I have already paid for everything, for the product to be send to me again, which then I have to wait another 3 weeks. This place is a complete scam! Stay away. I placed an order on the 4th and never shipped out till the 10th. Their site clearly states 2-3 days shipping then they email you saying it is 4-7 days after you paid. No phone number or email responses. I am now well past the 4-7 business day mark and still have not received my merchantdise. This has to be one of the worst online transactions ive done in about 5 years. read full review »

The shipping costs are somewhat high but I guess you get what you pay for :-). The pad I received was a little scratched when I received it(it came in one of those padded envelopes instead of a box which surprised me a bit)- I immediately emailed their customer service about it and received a prompt reply in a phone call no more than 30 minutes later telling me they'd send me a second one at no cost, and I don't even have to return the first one to them! I ordered and EZ 3in1 the 28th of January. Today, April 24, it still hasn't arrived. Supposedly it was lost in mail. When I first mailed to tell them I thought that had happened, they told me to wait more. I waited almost another month until they decided that they should try and claim the insurance. The thing is, I don't know how long it usually takes for this to happen correctly, but all they do is telling me to keep waiting, without taking any responsibility at all. Abysmal service. Gameoutfitter.com shipped part of my purchase 2 weeks after I placed my order and neglected entirely to send the third item. The company did not respond promptly to emails inquiring about my order. It turns out that the third item was out of stock, but they did not feel compelled to reveal this information until several emails had been exchanged. This company repeatedly mentions quick shipping on their ebay site and their web page. I haven't seen any of it. I've never got a response from them other than automated emails telling me that they received my message and someone would get back to me within 24-72 hours. They never have. I purchased an XFX 7800GT video card from Gamedude for $500. First it took over 2 weeks from payment date to receive the part, they sent me the wrong model number part even after I rang them to confirm with them whether the card they were advertising on their website was the actual picture or the part number, they told me the part number is what I will get and to ignore the picture as it was wrong picture. A big scam site. I ordered a modded Xbox only to have them to charge my credit card instantly. After 2 weeks I emailed to ask about the order, I was told it should be "about 3 days." Ordered twice previously and no problems. This time $75 order (LED flashlights), paid with shipping insurance (paypal) and after 3+ weeks order status said paid, shipping in process. Stay away from gameasylum.com no matter what the deal you think you are getting. Period. The company is incompetent at best, but is more likely fraudulent and knowingly predatory of unwary bargain hunters. I can draw a couple of conclusions here. Had ordered Nokia HDS-3 Stereo headset from this company in August recieved product on time with no hassles. UPS crushed the box but this was not the merchants fault and the device was not damaged. I ordered 2 more of the same product so I could have spares since I accidentally snagged the earbud of the original and had to repair it. I used Fedex this time for $2 more. I have used this reseller several times for HP inkjet cartridges. Every time they have had the best price, free shipping and relatively quick delivery (Their free shipping is via USPS, so it sometimes isn't fast, but thats the post office). On my most recent order they shipped the wrong part in the box. Buying experence was'nt bad, but if warranty problems arise WATCH OUT. Got lied to and a run around until asked for RMA to return system. Then said they would ship me parts that might fix my problem but if did'nt I would have to pay return shipping. Finally they said they would send a pick up order on the parts and when they received them they would then send me replacements. I received my frames within a week of placing my order. Although they promised shipment 1-2 days following the order placement, they shipped within 3 days. I did the "free" shipping option which meant USPS Parcel Post. This item arrived within 2 business days. The closest shipping option to that was USPS Priority Mail for $7.99 which takes 2-3 days. Horrible! I tried to buy by email and was told there was a problem with my order. When I called them they said the video camera was out of stock. I had my husband call and try to place an order for the package deal, which was in stock. I spoke with the manager who said they would not sell the camcorder as an individual piece as advertised, but if I wanted to upgrade to a package deal they would sell it to me. EXCEPTIONAL! DFI-Street forum lead me to Flickerdown.com and I never expected the truly extraordinary service I received. The Flickerdown forum is monitored in the evening and allowed me to confirm a ship/delivery date. I was able to place my order late Wednesday 5/24 for delivery Friday 5/26. Flawless did have some bumps along the road but overall I am happy. They contacted me saying that they were moving to a new location and let me know it would take a little longer. In fact it did take a few more days but they upgraded my shipping. I had two auctions over, 1 on 12-22-00 and the other was over on 12-23-00. I started calling them about three weeks later asking the status of my shipments. They could tell me nothing. I called about every week, and it was always the same answer. They didn't know anything and would send my request to another department and I would receive an e-mail. I never received one e-mail. I called tonight (4-7-01) and now they tell me that they have cancelled both of my auctions and I will not get the items.
