Fax in a notice of cancellation but the mortgage company is saying they did not receive it and still they decided to pay off our mortgage, issue out checks, and plus they sold our mortgage to County Wide Mortgage. We have proof that they received the fax and we have an attorney but we cannot afford the fees to pursue this case to the end even though the attorney states that we have a good case because we have proof that they received the fax cancellation notice. I purchased the expanded coverage. After taking possesion of the house, the register was gone from the gas stove. Flames were shooting a foot and half out of the burners. The company stated that they did not cover that kind of damage. The oven was not working properly. Apparently the previous owners had damaged it between inspection and our taking possession. Ordered a camera from camerabox.co.uk which they charged my card for straight away but later emailed to say that it was not in stock. I asked for a refund of the money paid but after a month there was no refund. I sent several more requests for a refund but have still not been refunded. On approximately 11 Feb 09 I took my dog to Parkway Vet Hospital in Parkland, WA. He was bloated, wasn't eating and drinking lots of water. Dr. Michelle Sage did a physical exam and commented that the dog was too fat to detect a mass if there was one. I told her he was not being overfed and she said that obviously he was taking in too much food. She said they could run lab test for $200, but that even if deficiencies are shown, nothing is done unless the dog is being harmed in some way by the deficiency. The director owner dictator is a dog collector not a rescuer. She will euthanize any animal she deems unworthy although claims to be no-kill. She keeps over a dozen animals in kennels in her home (her own admission was 21) in violation of local law. Volunteers are just unwitting enablers of her disorder. She is not good with dogs, I saw her bitten twice the only two times I saw her. Local shelters supply her with more animals. She charges hundreds of dollars to adopt.
