I got suckered into buying Reg/Cure and ParetoLogic Privacy Controls after using the "free" download. Now I cannot get ParetoLogic out of my Programs. I have emailed them and now they have asked me to use Print Scr to send them exactly what I detailed for them in the first place. I reinstalled it thinking that maybe it didn't install properly in the first place. Now it is in my Programs twice and I can't get either of them out. Last year I purchased a "Get Acquanited Service Special" card for $69.95. The card has a list of free services so today, 2/21/2009, I brought my car in for an oil change and to have the brakes checked. Norton have automatically taken payment £68.04 from my credit card without my authorisation. They sate this is for antivirus software but I do not require this renewal and nolonger have the computer for which I originally purchased the software. They are fraudulently using my original purchase deatils without my authority. They keep saying they send me one and I do not recieve it. I depend on my SSI benefits for my living. I was asked to fill in a survey and give my mobile phone no. and details. When filling out the survey it asks many questions and goes on to say just one more page. Then they tell you that you will get a txt message to respond to. When that arrives on your phone, you are asked to txt ok to 85115. It also said that it was a free txt. Advertise free product and you only pay shipping for trying their free trial. I paid amount and got product. A month after an unauthorized charge of $87.13 was made to my account. My bank gave me phone number to contact company. I called said I want a refund and cancel me from their list.
