This company is nearly impossible to get a straight answer from, as they seem to all be reading from the same sheet of answers that are not relevant to you or your complaint! WE had a 3-season room installed 4-5 years ago by Betterliving. While we were generally pleased with the construction, we have had a leaking roof almost from the first day. Never got as they back tracked saying it was misunderstood so I was stuck with there design. West Bay apt [under J&L Management] is the worst rental apartments I have stayed at. I stayed for 5 months and at the end of it they ask me to pay a ridiculously high amount of 600 USD! Cashier Tapelo wanted to do us in with P20, we had to ask for the P20, there was no coleslaw at 11 o'clock on Sunday morning, 10 chips each, no serviettes, no vinegar with our 3 Streetwise orders.
