Description of Problem: When I talked with the salesman Bob Marra it was verbaly agreed upon to do no seams with the install. We both actualy walked into the hallway and discussed it. I already had the umlimited by boost plan that first came out...didnt have many complaints except the price kept going up but the service worked great..no issues..I decided to get the new unlimited plan because it was cheaper at only $50 versus the $70-75 I was already paying for just unlimited talk and text. My oven was bought by the builder it is 2 years old. I accidently bumped the oven door with a glass lid - the lid did not break, but the glass in the oven door shattered. I called Defy and was told by a technician the the glass shattered because it is safety glass. He refused to discuss the possibility that there may be a fault in the door since it is very unusual for an oven door to break that easily. He put the phone down when I challenged him. Since Nov. 2008, they have stolen $284 from my checking account. I ordered a free trial bottle of Acai Berry. I did not remember to cancel any further orders until another bottle showed up in my mail box. They charged me for that bottle. I dealt with an alleged company, Granton Services who promised me a $20, 000 loan with a securement of $1615 which would be the equivalent of 6 months pmt.
