Tonight l felt like a strawberry pie as they are not long on the menu. Upon moving to Singapore, we chose to use 121 Personnel Services to find a helper, as they were accredited by CaseTrust Singapore. Their services were shocking. I just realized that for YEARS, Norton has been deducing my credit card for renewals despite my not authorizing them for such transactions nor have I used their product for YEARS. Guess issued four bounced cheques to me along with five other employees. He also hired many other employee and never paid them. He later hired a limo service used it and never paid them which the outstanding bill is $14000.00. I later found out that there is a warrant for his arrest which is still effective by the Toronto Police Service. I purchased a Welcome Back Kotter DVD set for $59.95 plus $10.19 shipping. The dvd set was clearly advertised as "brand new" & 4 seasons on 22 dvds. I received copies of 9 dvds & discs 1 & 3 will not even play in my dvd player. I actually think they are blanks. I made a mistake of letting a family member in the lending industry find a lender for my mortgage. She chose HomEq. I was granted a mortgage with a 2 year ARM. The brick SUCKS!!! Transglobal SUCKS more. I threw out a 1500.00 dishwasher after 3 mos of runaround and whoopsies from transglobal. I stopped shopping at the Brick because of this. I tried to call regions to have them reduce my second lien which they hold on my house by half since my 1st lien holder agreed to do. I requested this since my house is not appraising for what I owe. They stated they are not reducing any loans. If they would have agreed to half, I could of refinanced both and they would have been paid. Now that I will be walking away from the property then they stand to get nothing since second lien holders never see payment once the first is paid. I was charged $324 by this company for a headboard, but never received it. My bank couldn't help me because I made the purchase using my debit card and willingly provided the company with its number. I filed a complaint with the BBB who gave me several good suggestions that I plan to try, but I am prepared to take this all the way to court if I have to.
