We bought a LG television less than a yr ago. About 6 months ago we started getting bright green dots on our screen. We've contacted LG and they have sent repair men out to our home 3 times and can't fix the prob. LG without even a phone call sent a letter saying they are closing out our case without resolving the problem. LG has made it very difficult to contact them, saying mangers dont take phone calls. I leased a 2000 Beetle from this dealership and they were horrible. They overcharged or at least over quoted on everything. They wanted to charge me for doing work on the recalled oxygen sensor! They forgot to fill up the antifreeze and coolant and the car overheated driving off the lot. They said I could have filled it with water!!! Just a horrible service department. When paying for my carwash, the cashier repeatedly asked me for my credit card PIN number. I explained that a PIN wasn't necessary for a credit card transaction. He seemed annoyed with me, and after shuffeling around papers, etc., he finally completed my payment and returned my card. The following day my bank called me to advise me of attempted unauthorized use of my credit card for amounts over $1500. I immediately canceled my card and instructed them not to accept any charges. Trusting/stupid me, I read the complaints after I ordered a "free" 21 day trial of Acai Berry Edge. My story is the same as everybody elses. I see a charge on my account for $29.95 that I did not authorize. It took about an hour to get through to the number that was on my charge bill. Do not even consider of filling out the information for emillionaire. You have to read the fine print which is so small you need a magnifying glass to read the fine print. You will not receive any books. The first thing, they charge you 2.00 for the first week. Then they charge you 47.00 right after that. Even when you cancel the order they will charge you the 47.00. The person that I talked to could barely speak any English for the cancellation. I tried to get my two dollars back they will tell you that cannot refund that either even if you call immediately and cancel. This is one that you should pass on. The drain under my tub is ruptured. I have a home warranty through 2-10/ Home Buyers Resale Warranty Corporation that notes that plumbing is covered. They say that they do not cover any damage due to a leak nor do they cover any damage done to the structure in order to repair a covered repair. They refuse to pay for the removal of the tub to diagnose the source of the drain rupture, which they may or may cover to fix.
