I leased a 2000 Beetle from this dealership and they were horrible. They overcharged or at least over quoted on everything. They wanted to charge me for doing work on the recalled oxygen sensor! They forgot to fill up the antifreeze and coolant and the car overheated driving off the lot. They said I could have filled it with water!!! Just a horrible service department. On Oct. 9th $1250 was taken by a Michael Crook who gave it to another agent for a loan transaction that did not go through at which time the money was returned to Michael who promptly kept it and vanished for two months not bothering to return my calls or emails. When paying for my carwash, the cashier repeatedly asked me for my credit card PIN number. I explained that a PIN wasn't necessary for a credit card transaction. He seemed annoyed with me, and after shuffeling around papers, etc., he finally completed my payment and returned my card. Do not even consider of filling out the information for emillionaire. You have to read the fine print which is so small you need a magnifying glass to read the fine print. You will not receive any books. The first thing, they charge you 2.00 for the first week. Then they charge you 47.00 right after that. Even when you cancel the order they will charge you the 47.00. The person that I talked to could barely speak any English for the cancellation. The drain under my tub is ruptured. I have a home warranty through 2-10/ Home Buyers Resale Warranty Corporation that notes that plumbing is covered. They say that they do not cover any damage due to a leak nor do they cover any damage done to the structure in order to repair a covered repair. They refuse to pay for the removal of the tub to diagnose the source of the drain rupture, which they may or may cover to fix. In 2008 December, my wife signed up with Rogers for the home phone, blackberry, internet & cable. We had also purchased a PVR and paid in full at the store. She was having statement from Rogers and stated she had to pay for the PVR (which was already paid for in the first place.)
