Do NOT buy SAT prep product from this company. First of all, they tell you that your child expressed an interest in it but the kids know nothing about it. Second, it has KAPLAN printed on product, but they are not affiliated with Kaplan, they merely buy Kaplan's product (for approx $30 and turn around and sell it for $119)
It come with a full return if not satisifed, however it is Impossible to contact them for an RA#. You are put on hold endless hours, told they will call you back, which they will not do.
I had to cancel my CC finally after much aggravation.
I am returning product, but from what I have heard, a return is never credited. read full review »

I bought a new snowboard came with a private lesson and a FREE Lift Ticket for Waterville Velly. Cool, huh? With a 48 hours advance to reserve for the instructor. I'm an intermiate level, thought I could skip the lesson just go for the Free Lift Ticket.
When I got to the mountain, handed my coupon to the ticket service, a woman insisted that since I bought a new snowboard and since they mentioned free lesson, that implied the ticket just for beginer slope. Other people are complaining @ this Cream Company sending out this cream without our request and then billing our Credit Card. There is no phone # to call and their website says it is under construction so there is no way of contacting them. I have vision services with my health insurance program and went to Nationwide, which is on my vision services list. I knew it would cost me the $10.00 co payment for the exam and after the exam I was lead to pick out my frames.
When I was finished, the saleswoman told me it would cost approximately $400.00 and change and my individual cost would be $159.00.

In September we had work done and with a repair of over $500.00 we were issued a coupon for $300.00 worth of free gas. Receipts had to be from the same gas station and after mailing in $100.00 per month of purchased gas we were to receive a coupon for $25.00 worth of gas for 1 year. $ 25.00 per month of $100.00 receipts submitted monthly.

On Wednesday, February 11, 2009 I called to purchase a gift card for Valentines Day Gift for a full spa service at a cost of 320.00. The girl told me that it would be mailed that day and that I should receive it on Thurs but probably on Friday and at the latest on Saturday. I am a Marriott timeshare owner and sometimes deposit and/or exchange my week to stay at properties other than my Aruba home property. I trusted that if I booked an exchange week at a property it would be on par with the Marriott's timeshares !!! BIG BIG BIG mistake. They claim they have "live help" for 7 days a week (9:00am-9:00pm) at their web site. It took 5 hours to talk with them. After I placed my order, till it was shipped out, no ansewer at thier toll free number, no return phone call to my voice mail message, or reply to e-mail for 3 and half hours. I was looking at some bedding from Neiman Marcus that was really expensive and I started to order it. The order contained one 28" King size coverlet, one King size dust ruffle and 2 pillows. After purchasing and having installed a new water heater the first year of use the tankless water coils burst due to cold weather. Water then leaked onto the control board. Bosch claims the warrenty does not apply not even for the board due to feeezing. I was told by Bosch and so was the company that I had install the unit they have had hundreds of complaints of this nature.It would seem that a company that sells a product with a known fault due to poor design should be responsable. They were fine on the initial visit, but this is the last I heard from them. The repair man could not fix the problem with my dishwasher, and said he would need to call tech support and get back to me. I have been waiting for a return phone call for a month now. They don't answer their phone, and will not return calls. I have left 5 messages in the past month.

On Friday 13th Feb 2009, one of my employees was driving my sport truck, a 2007yr Ford F150 based Saleen S331 SC, and could smell smoke from the passengers footwell-glovebox area. Within seconds the smell became smoke and flames were coming from the same area.
He managed to get out but the fire kept going and when the firebrigade got to the scene, not alot was left.
My insurance company have taken the vehicle for inspection but as it is completly burnt out i would be supprised if they found the actual cause.

My car was repoed yesterday by this company. This is the same company I purchased and financed the car with. They said that I paid $400 total since I bought the car. The car was around $6000 after taxes and interest. I put down $1800 and have paid almost $800 in payments since I have had it (since August) and should owe around $3, 000. I inquired about this man intalling a fence on my property. He gave me a buisness card and I contacted him for and estimate and discuss the type of fence I wanted to purchase from store. In March 2008 I purchased a "two year" on site Service Plan for an HP computer puchased in April 2007 (the previous year) at a cost of $160.
Last week i got an email notice that I needed to renew, although only one year had passed. My complaint is about the misrepresentation of a child's toy - Cool Tools Activity Set - sold by this company. The illustration on the outside of the package shows a white molded plastic liner in one half of the case which has a fitted space for each tool that comes with the set. There is no such liner in the case, which makes it too difficult for our child to put the tools away and close the case by himself and causes frustration. The fitted liner was a key element in choosing this toy.

I ordered my daughter a gardenia plant for her birthday in February. It did arrive on the correct day, but the buds that were on the plant have just slowly turned black and fallen off. Now parts of the plant itself are dying. It never did bloom. I sent it so she would have a plant on her desk at work. I called the 1-800 number to see if they would resend but they said "sorry we waited to long to complain". Well I'm sure my daughter thought it would eventually "bloom" instead of "die". hi there i bought a pair of nike air max jr for my daughter just after christmas and now im having to replace them as the stiching has come away on both shoe's, i understand that kids footwear and clothes don't last but you expect from brand like nike that they would be a bit stronger, i don't often buy my children expensive trainers as they do get ruined but on this occastion im disgusted with them i have the trainers and will keep them, just in case someone does contact me about this matter

I contacted a merchant that advertises for you: "rushmypassport.com" or "expeditedtravel.com". They provide passport services. Their website has you fill out a form with basic information then they immediately charge you their fee. Only after they charge do they provide information about the requirements to obtain or renew a passport. I was looking to renew a passport for my 15 yr old and immediately after I payed I sent an email to cancel because I realize I was lacking a necessary form.
