I had 2 dogs in an apartment at Camden Palisades. The only reason to live in this overpriced hellhole was the fact that they allowed large dogs. I paid $600 in UP FRONT FEES before moving in, along with a $250 security deposit. Apparently the fees are just for the priviledge of the dogs to live in this dump. After we moved out, they refunded most of the deposit and then a few days later, received a bill for $400 to replace the carpet. I took my 2007 Toyota 4 runner in for a 20, 000 mile service and tire rotation. When I got it back it was out of alignment. The service manager there was no way they caused the problem that I hit something. I argued that I did not hit anything and my car was fine before I took it into their service department. I have no complaints about the products. Actually the information I got was amazing and well worth the price but, I had some trouble understanding how to fill out some of the forms I was directed to online and when I contacted their 800 number it took days for them to call me back and when they did I missed the call. I finally got help through email and was able to finally get a second credit file. Why bother putting an 800 number on your site if your never available!!! Dr. Martins office basically just ripped me off for a new denture wearer package. I paid for the package back in October 2008, and now need to see a specialist to fix the problems I have since seeing Dr. Martin, but they won't refund the part of the package that I did not receive.
