They have been holding $150. in pending payments since Jan. 25. No one can tell me why and the hold time to get to customer has been as long as 45 min more that once. I keep getting unauthorized amounts added to my credit card. They keep adding fees every month, even after I have submitted fraud reports to my credit card company, cancelling the credit card & issuing another, & trying multiple times to cancel whatever membership that has been unauthorized. Purchased 2 parcels of land at an auction in Miami, Florida On December 9, 2007. We purchased a soft coat wheaton terrier from them. We supposedly picked him from a picture of newborns, watched him grow from pictures they had posted on the internet. When we picked him up.
