Here I am looking through my credit report and I have this collection agency on it saying I have a delinquent bill of $20.00 and $159.00. The problem I have is that I have never recieved a notice stating I owed anything from these people, so how is it showing up on my credit report. I don't even know what this is for!!! I needed to check a crimanal search asap. site was "busy" for three days. Finally was able to search (too late). Searched for myself with all of my correct infomation. Sad to say, I don't exist under my married name even though I have been married since 1968. My friend and I went to this salon, not our usual place, to get our nails done. Then, after a week of having them first put on we were both unsatisfied because they had started to bubble and come off. So we went back, and they looked at my nails and just said I needed a fill. Poor customer service if that is what you want to call it. I paid almost $400 for maybe 24 uses. I called the company and they said I had to buy a new one, mine could not be repaired. I purchased Net Detective for one use and then found my credit card being billed every month for $29. I tried to get into Net Detectives page to stop it and they have no record of my membership yet I am still being billed. I have tried to cancel this via US mail with no response and as I am not a "customer". Phone calls to HDP have had no results. The awful thing is that HouseHold bank is continuing to honor these charge even though I have disputed them as I can not give them information on the HDP account as HDP denies it exists. As a user of Hamilton Ives chimney sweepers. I would like to complain about their work ethics. I was bullied into buying a liner when I really felt my liner was in good enough condition as did my son. They use scare tactics to make a sale and get their foot in the door by selling me a 'cheap sweep'. Something did not seem legal about the whole process. We used this company to replace a broken windehield on our BMW they told me they would use OEM glass and they did not they were also giving a 150.00 dollar gas card at the time of service then they did not provide one to my wife when they installed the glass, then we have tried to reach them on the phone and are impossible to reach when i did talk to Brian he has told me on 3 occasions that it is in the mail. Purchased a Protron Portable DVD, model #PDV-288 from Sears. Immediate problems charging portable battery pack to give the claimed 2.5 hours battery life. (only about 1 hour of battery life.) After not using appliance for approximately 6 mos., unable to charge battery pack at all. Not able to locate a replacement battery pack. I, too, am a victim of this so-called company's scam. I purchased what I thought was a nice boxed set (like one would buy in a store) only to receive home-made videos numbered by hand thrown into a plastic case, which I could have done myself.
