American Residential do not tell when you sign up for their service that if your Appliances or AC unit are older models that they will not be covered for repair or replacement. I purchased a BD-P1500 blu-ray player. I also purchased the movie Australia. The player would not recognize it until I downloaded new firmware software and updated it. Fine. I subsequently purchased Quantum of Solace and the player did not recognize it, despite the fact I have the latest firmware updated. I ordered a risk free order from this greentea extreme for onedollar and shipping. They charged me for one bottle 4.95 in shipping, what I thought was very high and when I got thhe bottle the envelop was open and I received only one bottle without any explanation. We puchased a 2003 Deville from Heritage Cadillac in February 28, 2005 and we were given the packet to file later for a $1000.00 rebate. We have fulfilled our end of the obligations and received a confirmation postcard for Consumer Cash Rewards dated Ocober 29, 2008. We have been unable to sign into their web address with our passcode to get any satus report on our claim. Pass word takes us no where and Heritage says that it is out of their hands. I have several complaints. The first is that a Blizzard employee hijacked the account of one of our guild members. On March 25, 2009, I responded to a K-mart advertisement for all gold jewelry at 70% off plus 10% more off on all regular prices. When I selected two earrings at list prices of $199.99 and $2609.99, the clerk rang the purchase and the price was more than I anticipated.
