In 2008, we bought a dining room (4 chair) set and a living room set. The first problem occurred after two weeks. The dining chairs began to come loose, and become shaky. Had baked stuffed lobster for $31.00. All the Lobster meat was removed and replaced with baby scrimp. I sent a letter of complaint to them and heard no response. I have had Webster Bank for 3 months and have had nothing but questions about their NSF (Non Sufficient Fees) practices. I have direct deposit and alot of my transactions only post the day before direct deposit. About 5 or 6 weeks ago a U haul truck someone was driving in our parking lots ran into a car port. This cause the structure not only sever damage but cause it to collapse and be very unsteady. I called Qwest in late December to order DSL only. The representative told me there was a deal to add local phone service for $1 for one year. I then received a bill for $119 including over $90 for the phone service. This company provides servers for using Ventrilo and other voice chat servers. They have a very underhanded renewal policy. They require 24 hrs notice before your renewal period if you want to cancel your account, but the only email you receive is on the day of the renewal, which is considered too late. I received a notice of an unpaid debt that Ocwen claims to have purchased from Midland Funding LLC. This is an obvious scam as I have never utilized either of these firms, not do I owe any debt relating to an unpaid mortgage balance. I have requested proof of debt from Ocwen in order to prevent them from obtaining a Judgement by which they are making demands to banks for withdrawing funds. I need to know my rights on this matter. Should I send this notice to the Arizona Attorney General? And there are numerous class action suits against both Midland and Ocwen; so should I see about joining one of them? read full review »
