First of all, a 14 day trial should begin once one is able to use the product. How are we to know if we like it if not allowed the full 2 weeks reommended. Secondly, my account was charged before my trial was over, the same with the Rezveratrol product. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and am sending back all of the product as I did not even try the Lift SP. For a company who touts preservation and health, the way situations are being handled is grossly suspect. I bought a Brand New Vehicle of TATA 1615 Truck in February, 2009 from DIMO Lanka. It Has Break Down in the middle of the road on 21 March, 2009, saying that water mixed with oil and leaking. I own an Intel DP35DP motherboard. It was having problems with the RAID controller but other than that the board was working fine. first getting a telephone line connection with the agency is difficult and the answers to our query is rather given rudely and arrogantly. Secondly if we do our booking during power cuts, we are told to confirm our booking when the power supply is back. In case we forget to do so, our previous booking is not taken into account and we have to do fresh booking again, as everything is fed into the computer.
