I ordered a "free" alleged sample of Acai Berry from this company and gave them my credit card for S&H. The website at Advanced Wellness stated at the time of the order, as well as when I tried to cancel it today that you would be able to return the product if you were not completely satisfied with it. When I tried to return the unopened bottle today that their company charged me a whopping $78.81 for on March 8, 2009, I was told that they did not accept any returns and that basically I was stuck with it. It all started out great. They came out to the house to give us a free estimate and were able to compete with their competitors as far as pricing went. They took our money and set up our install. I have been unemployed for 13 months now, and got behind 2 car payments, the collection people I have worked with have been somewhat agreeable that although I was behind I managed one payment per month. Their first tiered collection group have not but called me many times a day stating that they will continue until I was caught up. My agreement with the main collection people did not matter. But embedded down in the very fine print I found out later after my account had been dinged you need to notify them within 15 days or they will charge you full price 87.13 along with shipping.
