Norton AntiVirius
lindenboy April 2, 2009
One day, an auto-renewal charge of $42.79 popped up in my bank account. I don't remember authorizing any kind of auto-renewal on my account when I purchased virus protection last year. I'd love for someone to explain how Norton jusitifes charging almost double the NEW PRODUCT PRICE for auto-renewal? I'm made their lives easier, certainly don't waste in their manufacturing process, and require virtually NO marketing effort (I ALREADY HAVE THE SOFTWARE!), yet they feel they can take further advantage of that situation by... read full review »

I also fell for the 15 day "FREE Trial", just pay shipping of $4.95. On March 9th I ordered the free trial, I received the product on March 16th, on the 24th of March I noticed a $87.13 charge to my debit card so I called the company only to be told I should have read the Terms and Conditions I asked them how they could concider a product to have a trial period during the 7 days it was in shipping mode, they said they could do nothing for me. I have contacted other resources to try to get my money back, but nothing yet. Oh and 7 day... read full review »

32 In Polaroid TV
Kerry April 2, 2009
I bought my 32 IN Flat Screen TV from Wal-Mart 11/07. In Jan. 08 the remote stopped working. It lit up when I pressed buttons but it wasn't turning my tv on. So I called Polaroid & they sent me a new remote. Yesterday March 09 (little over a yr later) the remote has stopped working once again. However, this time I tried the remote on my living room TV and it turned the TV on.. so I called Polaroid and they said I need to have the board inside my TV replace which gets the signal from the remote. The part is $11 but its about $250 to... read full review »

Access-4-Free
Orlando April 2, 2009
Access-4-Free makes it difficult to cancel service, charges after cancellation, refuses refund, and requires proof via an email - which you must send within their website, so you do not have a copy anywhere on your own computer - that you ever requested cancellation to begin with. No matter what facts you present, their answer remains "send us a copy of your cancellation email", which is impossible to do with their procedures, and I believe they not only know this but use it to fatten their bank account while draining yours. They... read full review »

The going rate was ã¿” per hour, i agreed to this and a representative came out on the following tuesday to take a look. The problem was not resolved and the representative did not mention that he was coming back and we did not require him too as ã¿” was above our price limit. Koskan Real Estate located in Logan Utah and Layton Utah. I worked with them on a real estate transaction and it was terrible. I had a long series of problems that got passed on to Keith Koskan who is one of the owners with Carolyn Koskan. Koskan Real Estate is one of the bigger Logan Utah Real Estate companies. It is amazing that they can act so unprofessionally. They told me that the most important person to them was the customer. I believe the only thing important to Koskan Real Estate is making money and inflating egos. They ask customer... read full review »

On 11/24//08, my wife and I purchased $ 6, 500.00 worth of furniture and paid in full. THe sales rep, Ronnie Burrell, told us everything was in stock except the headboard and platform for the bed but those pieces would be in in 2 weeks. Since we live 550 miles away, we were very specific with Mr. Burrell that we would need some advance notice before delivery. We were told he would call us in mid December to arrange delivery. He never called so I followed up to arrange delivery and was told everything was ready except the platform and... read full review »

CCN * Celebrity Smile
Theresa Hough April 2, 2009
The company advertises a "free trial", and the customer pays just shipping . Once you receive the trial, the packing slip states that you only have use of the trial for 14 days. If you do not want the product you must pay shipping again and cancel a membership that you had no idea you joined in the first place. They will issue you a refund once they have received the unopened container less shipping and a 15% restocking fee. This advertiseing is very misleading. read full review »

There were about six employees standing at the checkout register talking. We were the only ones there, a family of 5. We ate the salad bar only. No waitress would bother to come refill our drinks, the salad was brown because it was left over from the lunch crowd and we had to ask for plates, and they brought out the fresh salad as we were leaving after we ate.
