Erlinda Johnson is the owner of this house. I rented this house from her for the past 2 yrs. Within the last 8 months I've been diagnosed with asthma. I've since moved out of her house because of that issue. York county has been there several times since i've moved out to inspect the house & each time they've come there, she denied them access to the property. I have a PPO plan, yet for yet they have refused full payment a a secondary insurer. I was of the impression 1) that as a PPO member you have the right to go to anyone.But that everyone may not accept it and you need not permission first 2) that for mental health it was a requirement that any insurer whether a PPO or HMO has to accept the full insurance charge, and if not they should inform the client that this is not allowed. I have a kenmore elite HE3T that I purchased in 2003. It has broke down 5times since. luckily I have a warrenty coverage, But it usually takes about 2-3 weeks for repair. Am I the only one that is outraged about all of the airline fees. I wanted to make a change for my wife to be on an earlier flight on the same day on a half full airplane and was told it will cost $150 to switch. We had already paid $564.98 to fly to Green Bay Wisconsin and these fees are getting out of control. Finally after yelling and screaming they finally put her on my flight!! My gas was shut off today. When I called instead of the past amount from last month being 444.17, the automatic thing said I owed $1088.00.
