The connection went down over two weeks ago and FairPoint refuses to fix it. The bright spot is, I'm not alone, two different reps from FairPoint say a month is not uncommon and that FairPoint is in over their heads. I took my 2000 corvette in to have a recall repaired for a steering column lock notice that was displayed on my Drivers Information Center.
