I paid over $100 for the slingbox. Then I had to pay another $30 for the mobile software for my phone. I had problems installing it, it was not as easy as described. When slingbox did an upgrade to their software, it no longer worked on my phone or computer. I called customer service and they wanted $30 before they would even speak to me. We bought a stroller from Once upon a Child. It was sold as brand new. They assembled it in a store, and sold without a box as a last piece. Next day we already experienced a difficulty with it. On the third the right back wheel rubber popped off the frame right in a middle of intersection, and the left front wheel was 2 sm above the ground. Using a company voucher for glasses, I ordered a pair the 2nd of March. They said it would be 7 to 10 days before they would call me to come pick them up. The 16th of March I called them, to find out the lab had broken the frame. They were waiting from the lab to find out what to do. This rental car site is terrible. The manager Juan provides terrible customer service and is quite condescending. I have had to rent from this site twice and both times were disastrous. The first time, they actually sent us to take the car for an oil change! We were an hour late due to this delay. This time, we were two hours late because of Juan. He did not listen to me as I was talking to him, as he had his friends on speaker phone. He sent us out with the wrong car, and when we returned to get the problem fixed, he was rude, dismissive and generally difficult to deal with. I will never rent from there again. read full review »

I, and my family of four, are residents of the Robyn's Glen Portrait community in Greensboro, North Carolina. I am astonished by the lack of care Portrait seems to have for their customers. On their card they call themselves master teachers of meditation and they say that it is free, but this is not the case. They have aliases and they are very... well they seem to be hiding a lot. I responded to an ad on Monster for a job. I was called the very same day and was told if I would like to come in for an interview for the position. They advertise in the game Star Wars Galaxies to kids that are 10-15 years old and they get them to convince their parents to pay $30-$100 in Power Leveling and they sell in game currency. As a former employee, was told to keep quiet about severe nursing staffing shortage.less nurse per number of patients. I hired Hanson to put in a self contained air conditioning and heating unit. The name of the unit is Heil. Hanson will rip you off, he doesn't do what he is supposed to do, he will take your money and run.
