I recently setup paypal buyer credit. Made two purchases. A few days later, made a payment online. The next day made another payment to zero the account. Keep in mind that I have an excellent credit rating and that I had only had the account for about a week. This afternoon on 29 May 2009 wishacall representative called me regarding the long distance service I agreed to take service and I was hesitating to give my credit card# but when they gave me surety that there would be no deduction at all until you call us. We purchased a new 31 ft. Flagstaff Rv made by Forest river. We have had it for 6 months and only used it 3 times. We have had nothing but problems.
