Two girls came to my door on March 3rd 2009 and got me to write a check for $50.00 for subscription to 'Discover' magazine. i have been charged fees on my credit card that i did not authorize. my credit card company does not believe me and said it will take up to 60 days to get back to me on this. This place was disgusting. The floors were filthy, the bathroom smelled, the trashcans were overflowing, and the service was terrible. Their front desk person is rude, and their massage therapist and esthetician had no idea what they were doing. On May 29, 2009, my daughter and I experienced road rage from an employee of Pop A Lock. She is learning how to drive. The speed limit was 45 and she was going the speed limit. This apartment complex is nothing but trouble. I have dealt with several WEEKS worth of garbage piling up around the dumpsters (yes, all of the complex's dumpsters), rude management and office personnel, and I have been falsely sued for unpaid rent (although I had the receipt and canceled check proving otherwise. What a waste of time! Ordered new hardwoods for my house. After paying upfront for the material because I was told it was a special order, the material never arrived. I had the entire job scheduled out for weeks in advance. They were to do the install also. Randy Lovelace has no idea what is going and he is the VP.
