I ordered this product from the internet to use with the acai diet pills. I ordered a 15 day supply and paid shipping/handling. Before the 15 days were completed my credit card was charged. When I contacted them they said they charged the product 15 days from the date of ordering the product. It took a week to get the product in the mail so I only had a 1 week trial. The company would not refund my money but they offered to give me half credit and I could keep the two bottles they sent (which I did not get for another week.) ERC seems like a great place to work at first. The staff seems friendly, good working conditions, and the chance for bonus checks on top of a regular hourly pay. Once inside however, the tables turn. I work for United Airlines and I rented an SUV from the OKC airport for a vacation trip to Destin Florida. I had my mom and my two small kids with me. Along the way I was stranded in Memphis, TN with major transmission problems. I called their road side assistance and it took them 2 hrs to send me a wrecker with another SUV that had bald tires. Worse than bad! Livy Stoyka and her staff worked my two kids over. Apparently the whole place runs on unbelievable rudeness, dishonesty and poor workmanship. I am trying to buy a home and when the bank pulled a credit report on me I had a entry for First National Bank, Midland Credit, with a phone number that does not work. I call it and it disconnects after 2 ring. I am trying to figure out what exactly they think I owe on. My credit report says something about a credit card but I am quite sure I never had one. The amount says $420 in one spot and $482 in another. I did send it back for another but when the new book came back, the last chapters where missing and replaced by the first chapters!
